Céline Gerson is the President of Schlumberger Canada Limited, a position she assumed in January 2018. Gerson joined Schlumberger via the acquisition of Cameron International where she most recently held the position of Vice President of Measurement Systems in which she assumed full P&L responsibility to drive growth for the global business that designs, manufactures and distributes measurement, quality, and control instrumentation and custom-engineered systems.She also held the position of VP and Chief Compliance Officer reporting to the Audit Committee of Cameron’s Board of Directors where she assumed global responsibility to drive the ethics and compliance program. She also managed Cameron’s global logistics portfolio as well as the trade compliance function. Earlier in her career, she managed the operations of a global trading company in oil field equipment.Gerson holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the European University in Brussels; a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston and is licensed to practice law in Texas, as well as a Harvard Business School Alumni. She is also a certified mediator, is a French and American national, and speaks four languages (Spanish, French, German and English). She is actively involved with non-profit organizations and sits on the advisory board of NAWMBA as well as the United Way of Greater Houston as an Alexis de Tocqueville committee member. She regularly speaks at conferences.
